I No Longer Fear the Razor Guarding My Heel (V) is the fifth installation in the I No Longer Fear the Razor Guarding My Heel series following on from the compilation release back in 2018 on the duo’s debut album I Want to Die in New Orleans.

Continuing the theme, the song is broken up into three parts, however, on this track there are only two interludes rather than the traditional three. The track itself also brings a more classic and similar mood to the other four, exploring the legacy themes of drug addiction, depression and suicide that brought the pair their notoriety in the group’s early days.
